"Would never recommend this office! Doctor was great but the staff was rude, unprofessional, incompetent, liars and not HIPAA compliant. Doctor never got messages. Didn’t do reminder calls but said they did. Office was not clean, old equipment. They are lucky to get even the one star!"

"Staff was helpful and friendly! The doctor took the time to hear me explain some of my health background, which unfortunately many do not. I waited maybe 15 minutes to be seen and I was a few minutes late. I saw good reviews for this place in my insurance site but was a bit shocked to see the reviews here on google the day of my appointment. I don’t know where these other people went, but my experience was positive and I plan to come back."

"This Dr is an interesting person. I never know what I'm going to get when I come here. The office staff is interesting as well. This office and the Dr are literally like a box of chocolates, you never, ever know what your going to get. You get there early or in time and people who have an appointment after you are seen before you. Dr Anderson bedside manner leave lot to be desired, on her bad days. But over the phone, I get a kind,caring and compassionate Dr. Her nurse is good all the time. But the lady who answers the phone, she is good on the phone and something different in person. So that is why I say this office is like a box of chocolate. ******EDITED TO SAY****** YOU CAN THROW THE WHOLE OFFICE AWAY. THIS DR IS A DINOSAUR AND NEEDS TO RETIRE BEFORE SHE DOES DAMAGE TO SOMEONE IF SHE HASN'T DONE IT ALREADY. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. GET OUT!!!! She is a nuttier than a snickers bar. You have been warned!!!"

"Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human with concern, and fears. I just moved to Baltimore one month ago. And found out I have to have immediate surgery September 15, I found a primary doctor Dr. Kimberly Anderson, and went to see her on September 2 to get a physical and health history and lab work done. I brought with me paperwork to receive a temporary handicap sticker because I go to University, which has any extremely large campus and requested to have a two month temporary disability pass to be able to park in the lot close to my classroom. Dr. Anderson did not knock on the door - but just came in and proceeded to forcefully tell me that it was inappropriate that I had brought this paperwork to her office, that other offices couldn’t tell her what to do and she would not fill it out because she did not know who I was and had never seen me before. After talking over me, she rushed through the physical, and left the room. I’ve have 7-10 out of 10 pain for the last 6months. Just because I look “young and healthy” means NOTHING. As far as not knowing me, she could’ve taken the time and gotten to know me. As someone who is going through one of the most scary and painful parts of their life to be treated that way at an office that supposed to be taken care of you before surgery was triggering and hurtful."
