"Been to a few providers there, some are better than others. One that I went to for an acute care visit dismissed my symptoms and I left feeling frustrated. Recently I Had orders put in for lab work but when I showed up to the outside lab, they had no record of any order. When I called the office they curtly told me I could download the orders from my chart (I still could not) and then admitted that they just put them as we were speaking because I called (is that normal practice to wait for a patient to find out the orders aren’t in the system at the lab before they are put through?). They seemed confused when I said I’d be coming in to get a paper copy since I don’t want to show up at the lab again only to find out there is no order that went through electronically."
"I am very pleased with my physician Dr. Philip. She takes time to really listen to my concerns. Because of this, some long standing issues which were ignored by my previous doctor, finally got resolved. This has really changed my quality of life and I can't thank Dr. Philip enough. I am also pleased with the practice. They have always called me back when they promised to, and they have responded quickly to any messages I have sent."
