"Been to a few providers there, some are better than others. One that I went to for an acute care visit dismissed my symptoms and I left feeling frustrated. Recently I Had orders put in for lab work but when I showed up to the outside lab, they had no record of any order. When I called the office they curtly told me I could download the orders from my chart (I still could not) and then admitted that they just put them as we were speaking because I called (is that normal practice to wait for a patient to find out the orders aren’t in the system at the lab before they are put through?). They seemed confused when I said I’d be coming in to get a paper copy since I don’t want to show up at the lab again only to find out there is no order that went through electronically."
