"In reference to Dr. Fortune. My experience started off good. My neurologist seemed attentive and dedicated to helping me find the cause of my brain damage. Then eventually after the problem got too hard she lied and said it must be genetic issues and quickly sent me on my way. John Hopkins doctors looked at my chart and were pretty sure it wasn't genetic but they still did the testing to be sure. And yep negative. But to them the idea that it was genetics wasn't even logical. Now I can't get an appointment with this neurologist until 9 months but she was very quick to send me the referral to a new neurologist that I requested. I'm incredibly angry! Don't become a doctor if you are going to give up on your patient when diagnosing them isn't as easy as you'd liked! This is for Dr. Fortune! 9 out of 10 don't recommend."
"I had a follow up appt at this location and unfortunately had to meet with Amanda Webster, PA. She was condescending, unprofessional, bitter, unhelpful, and for questions she could not answer was combative and was refusing to allow me to speak with the doctor who actually completed the exam. I had to ask her multiple times to have the doctor call me back because her explanations were literally all over the place as it was apparent she was making things up (as she’d already admitted she didn’t have the expertise to answer my questions). I had asked to have the doctor call me to explain why an EMG was retaken 3x by different people in one setting, and she instead calls me back and answers half of the questions I asked her to have the DOCTOR (not PA) explain. She could only focus on how he agreed with her and failed to get the specific answers I requested. This level of incompetence is unbelievable. Then when I asked her when the original doctor I met with returns to the office (Dr. Lynda Nwabuobi was AMAZING), she said she speaks to her all the time yet wouldn’t provide with me with her return date. She instead wanted to force me to reschedule an appointment with her which I declined. I’ll go to an entirely different company before I’d ever return under her care. Would not recommend even going to this clinic based on my interaction with her."
"The doctor was excellent. The exam was conducted in a professional manner. She made me feel at ease. I trust the results. The front office staff were not efficient. I was told the exam would take 3-4 hours. It took one hour."
"Dr. Lynda Nwaboubi was pleasant and listened to my concerns. She touched me and continuously asked questions. She did something that I have only experienced with mature providers, she stopped and said "give me a minute to think". There are multiple small things that Dr. Nwaboubi did during my first appointment with her that gave me the confidence to believe that whatever the outcome I am in good hands."
"Please use extreme caution while referring patients. I went in for a visit and provided a referral, but it wasn't until almost a year later the office provided it to the insurance company. Although I've done my part as a patient, they claim I'm left with the bill because the insurance provider states it's too late. I have met disrespectful and ineffective management after making multiple calls. Over two weeks ago, I called senior management and left a message; however, No one has called me back. Patients, please ensure you reach out to your insurance company a few after you have provided your referral."
