I looked at the reviews left by this person & it seems that she can't good service at 99% of all if the businesses that she goes to. It must be her because this store has the best customer service of any business that I have ever been to! The store is immaculate. The selection is outstanding. The Sales Lead, Eva, goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect from start to finish. I have observed the other salespeople there and they are a very customer service oriented, professional, & friendly no matter how busy they are or how late in the day it is."

"Walked in, were not greeted, NOR asked if we needed help. There are two workers and only one of them was busy at the time and we already know what we need. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for assistance. Neither worker said anything like “we’ll be with you shortly” or “Just one moment please” nope we stood there until someone decided to help. Awful service."
