The service is professional and the staff are all extremely amicable and knowledgeable. The entire atmosphere is not the same as the traditional, quiet, scary medical practices; instead it is filled with warm and laughters and you can just feel the love all around. "Dr. Anzola and team are the best! I’ve been going to Dr. Anzola intermittently for over 10 years - before the practice was called Hearing Doctors. It’s been intermittent because I don’t live in the town she practices in so it wasn’t convenient for me to go. However, every time I go, I wonder why I don’t travel to go to my favorite audiologist (and practice). Their customer service is by far the best I’ve had with follow up details and patient bedside manner. Side story - she was referred to me by someone who works in an national association of audiologists who said if I needed to go to the best and brightest, I should look no further. Most recently she went out of her way to have me seen before a procedure I had to get done and few pre-op steps were missed. She definitely went above and beyond what she needed do in order for me to get what I needed - the time and the care. I am a patient and fan for life."
