"Since graduating college, I've bounced from primary care to primary care, never finding a doctor or office that would be consistent in terms of helping manage my healthcare. This location, and Dr Caine in particular, have been fantastic in that they are very responsive, know who I am, and keep track of my medical history. Biggest complaint is parking can be limited, and there isn't any option for walkability (not near metro or bus). Besides that, this practice (and Dr Caine) have been fantastic for regular primary care."

"I see Dr. Ma and he is a wonderful doctor. Ill be back soon after waiting nearly 3 months for an appointment. However, the same cannot be said about the back office staff. They do not pay attention to detail in requests (i.e. sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy) and ordering referrals to my old insurance - even after explicitly stating I have a new insurance provider. Furthermore, after trying 3 times and finally getting ahold of someone, I was transferred to another department that had already closed for a day. Clearly an attempt by the woman in their finance/insurance department to get me off the line. It’s unfortunate, because I really do think Dr. Ma is wonderful, but I’m not sure it’s worth this hassle to have him as my physician."

"Dr. CAINE is knowledgeable of my medical records and is patient with me. She explains her recommendations and is willing to send me to see another doctor when we have tried her recommendations. She is why I continue to come to her even though I live more than 60 miles away. I don't like changing medications because there is something new."

"I’ve been attending this practice for primary care for about 2 years now and I continue to be really impressed at the staff, facility, and level of care. The physicians and healthcare professionals are really good - caring, intelligent, and include you in your own care. They are never arrogant or overbearing, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. People seem happy to be working there. The offices are great, especially getting blood drawn right there. I like that there is a good patient portal and that all my VHC records are in there. Truly, this is the way healthcare should be - accessible, friendly, knowledgeable."

"my primary doctor makes my blood pressure down when I visit her, now! that's before medication!!! I feel very comfortable with her and makes me happy and my husband. the staff are very helpful and accommodating, if they're not busy, I love talking to them and still have professional feel and friendliness. great job guys, I'll be back healthier!!! Dr. Rachel, Colin, Nefertiti, my take my blood lady- she doesn't make me scream when taking 2 test tube samples of my blood!!! everyone is nice!!!"
