"I was referred to Dr. Verdun and I could not be happier with the outcome I have received. The service that the clinic provides is life altering for people who suffer with the painful condition I was diagnosed with. I had suffered with this condition for almost ten years before I had my series of treatments that actually helped my condition. I am grateful that I was referred to Dr. Verdun. He made the process so simple and gratifying. He worked around my transportation schedule to ensure that I received my treatments in a timely manner. He checked on my pain levels after my treatments. I felt like I was the only patient .( although I saw several patients while being in the office) He cares and it shows in their office and in their return calls with any questions or concerns. Dr. Verdun and his staff are so caring and compassionate. If I could give them five million stars …I would. They changed my life and my level of comfort . "Started off good when there was money immediate good money to be gained on the table, for e.g. when I was ready for infusions. The owner was very nice and informational at this time. When I was inquiring about troches though, I was met with an attitude by the owner. He also cut the phone line, saying his partner in VA who was treating me will reach out to me, which he never did btw. I was very surprised at the shutting of the call and even call back in the remote chance that the phone accidentally got cut. The phone wasn’t answered. The epitome of garbage customer service. And this too with someone who did 6 infusions with them! Furthermore, there are odd policies, such as the first prescription for at home ketamine costing $300 even right after you get an infusion! Following ones are interestingly $250. If this doesn’t show that they are mainly in it for the money, I don’t know what does. No need to go to this center when there are so many other providers that seem to be less about the money and truly wanting to make a difference in people’s lives. Centers I have had a great experience with are: Care Clinic in Fairfax and Revitalize Ketamine in Chantilly."
