My appointment ran behind schedule, and it was sometimes difficult to get ahold of the staff. I think improvements in communication and organization would significantly improve the patient experience."

"There were few shortfalls during my visit but the doctor was able to accurately diagnose and cure my issue. First off during my appointment they were getting ready for drawing my blood before the doctor’s diagnosis. I let them know I was not here for an annual physical. They had my visit set incorrectly as a physical for some reason. When scheduling my appointment, the staff did not ask me if it was a regular or annual physical appointment. Mine was the first appointment for the day and I had to wait for over 45 minutes for the doctor to see me. The visit was for 5-7 minutes and during the visit I felt the doctor was in a rush and got a bit impatient to answer all my questions."
"I will not recommend this place. I'm a person of color and I didn't feel welcomed here. Also, the doctor appears to be less knowledgeable which concerns me as a patient. There wasn't a genuine conversation between doctor and patient. Conversation with doctor was more geared toward productivity($$$) rather than providing care. The staff seems average but they fall short on basics- staff will not reserve me a morning appointment because they plan to give those time slots to other patients who need them the most. I guess I don't have blood running through my veins as the other patients. You better off finding another clinic."
