Reviews
"Jeff is amazing!! My family has used him for awhile and In the Jeep world it is all about knowledge and customer service. He is specific to Offroad and oddball jobs. Not regular maintenance. He loves working on Jeeps and he has always worked with us on price. He is highly recommended!"
"Jeff is awesome. Straight to the point. Uber knowledgeable and efficient. Communication is on point. Appointments are tough to get but worth the wait (hopefully it's not an emergency)"
"I am yet to use their services, so this review is to highlight their quick response to an estimate request as well as the accuracy and attention to detail exhibited in the information provided. Fair priced labor and Jeep OEM parts at par with online retailers."
"Bottom Line: I highly, HIGHLY recommend Adrenaline Offroad for any and all Jeep Wrangler repairs, modifications, etc. They know what they are doing and they will treat your Jeep like their own. I recently bought a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara TJ with a 4-inch lift kit and 35-inch tires. I took it to a regular mechanic where it passed inspection without issue and they had no additional comments. I am not a mechanic, but given it was a used, modified 17-year-old off-road vehicle with a decent amount of rust, I knew there were probably lots of things that could or should be fixed and upgraded. Further, the Jeep did not feel safe to me when taking turns and I could hear noises indicating some linkages in the suspension were probably due to be replaced. I had previously owned a 1998 Wrangler with the same setup and could immediately tell this Jeep felt different on the road in a bad way. I was also interested in learning how to work on the Jeep myself for regular maintenance and easier repairs but I had no way to identify and triage potential problem spots, and I wanted to make sure I prioritized any important repairs before I started spending money on cosmetic aspects of the Jeep like new rims or a new sound system. I brought the Jeep to High-Tech Auto & Truck Center in Chantilly, VA to ask them to look it over. I sat in their waiting room for maybe 20 minutes and they returned saying that the rear upper and lower control arms needed to be replaced and provided me a quote. While they were very nice and meant well I did not have an opportunity to speak to the mechanic who looked the Jeep over and I generally felt as though I was not given the time of day. What I wanted was someone to tell me what they thought of the Jeep, what they would do to make sure it was road worthy, someone with expertise who would treat the Jeep like it was their own. After reading some additional reviews, I contacted Jeff at Adrenaline Off-road. Jeff had me drop the Jeep off and charged a small fee to look it over and identify any problems. Jeff emailed me back a couple of days later with an EXTENSIVE and EXHAUSTIVE list of problems big and small, the most troubling being rust through spots on the frame and the lift kit being improperly installed. While I was dismayed there were so many issues with the Jeep, I felt like I FINALLY found someone who knew what they were doing. Again, I was of course dismayed with the number of issues, but I felt much more confident that any and all issues with the Jeep had been identified and I could move forward confidently with a plan to fix them. I asked Jeff for his thoughts on the way forward and he treated my Jeep as though it was his own. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. I was in constant contact with him throughout the process and we triaged the most important issues and developed a plan to repair them. Jeff and his team replaced my entire suspension with a brand-new Rock Krawler long arm kit, replaced the steering system and tie rod and drag link, repaired the rust through spots on the frame, and cleaned and sealed the frame with POR (Paint Over Rust) to prevent further rusting. These were extensive repairs that would have been impossible for me to do myself. I was able to repair some of the other problems (like the leaks) myself which would have been difficult to diagnose as a desk-jockey mechanic. At the end of the day I am extremely happy with how the work on the Jeep turned out and I do not trust the Jeep with anyone else. I occasionally drive the Jeep to work and have taken it off-roading twice now and I can say it performs amazing on both highways and the trails. Thank you again to Jeff and your whole team who worked hard to make my Jeep awesome! Stop reading reviews now and take your Jeep to Adrenaline Offroad, you won’t regret it."
