"I went to this office because I needed my thyroid checked and when I lost the prescription for ultrasound, I called and asked if they can send it to my patient portal and the receptionist who answered told me I have to “personally” pick it up cz they don’t do it via portal. Really? Are we in dinosaur age? I emailed my NP and she said yes she can have it on the portal… Plus when I visit in person for lab draw, the receptionist did not even greet me and simply said, “Yes?”.. receptionists here are rude, they don’t know basic courtesy like a simple good morning greeting. They don’t smile and their interaction is flat at best."
"I think Thomas Feely is a great doctor. Don’t go to their Landsdown office. My husband was very sick and needed to get a container for a stool sample. When he went there he had to wait 30 minutes because he was told by the front desk person that he had to wait for a lab tech to give him the container. They were all at lunch. When they returned he was told that he had to come back in 30 minutes because they were all going to a meeting. He told the front desk person that he was not coming back and she said ok. The front desk person is rude. Don’t go there unless you want an unpleasant experience."
"I am very pleased and happy with the professionalism, and quality of care that my primary care physician provides me during each and all my visits, thank you. However, am extremely dissatisfied with the office itself, as it flatly refuses to give out the drug samples, saving coupon or the starter kits when the pharmaceutical representatives provide them to this office for the patients. This problem needs to be fixed."
"I went for my physical exam on May 2014,my insurance covers 100%,and after I started receiving the bills from the lab (they sent my results to a lab that my insurance doesn't cover) and from the medical office. After the physical exam I made another appointment for the week after to get my results which was included in the first appointment that was made so they shouldn't have charged me for that. Since then I've been trying to contact the manager; I spoke with her a few times but she never solved the issue because she's always busy or not there. I've been calling every week since the appointment which was 4 months ago"
