"I’m so thankful I was referred to Germaine and The Red Bloom. I remember the first day I walked in and was reassured that I’d come to the right place. She backed that up with action. I was dealing with severe acne, cystic acne covering most of my forehead and hyperpigmentation. While treating my skin, Germaine went over holistic care practices and how I should consider my outbreaks as a sign of something internal instead of just external. Over the past two years, I’ve invested in two chemical peels and I visit the spa about every other month. My acne is under control and the dark marks have lightened significantly and much of what I had before is gone. My skin doesn’t need nearly as much care as it did at the forefront but now I like these moments at the spa for maintenance, self care and relaxation.
