"I was rear ended at a Red light on July 31, 2023. Had a damaged rear bumper and a broken clip on my car. I chose Prestige Auto Body in Silver spring, MD. I saw they had some very good reviews on here so I thought to give them a go. I am so happy I did. I took the car to them for an estimate and I agreed with their estimate about rear bumper replacement. They told me they wouldn't be able to tell if any more damage was caused until they get the bumper off. Once I told them to go ahead with the repair the new bumper was ordered right away. They had my car for a total of four days while I had a rental from Enterprise. They sent me texts when they were working on the car and an estimate when it would be finished. Got my car back on a Saturday before noon. They told me that there was more damage behind the rear bumper and that was repaired as well. My car was detailed and washed very well. They even vacuumed the inside. I was very happy with the way my car looked when I picked it up. They told me the the paint job on the rear bumper was guaranteed and that if it should chip in anyway to come back and they would fix it. Over all I am so very happy with my experience with Prestige Auto Body, INC in Silver Spring, MD."
