"Really wish I didn't have to write this! I've been going to WoodHouse Spa in Gaithersburg for Years! Never had an issue until the last week of December when I got a Brazilian (which I always get). I was severely burned and I've attempted multiple times to get a hold of a Manager/Managing Partner for resolution! Every time I call I'm told they're not in and I have to leave a message. Finally after 3 phone calls a manager calls me back just to apologize and not offer a resolution. Instead, she tells me she has to wait for the Managing Partner to return for a resolution. Now again, I'm trying to call and no return call or corespondents. Meanwhile, I have to manage this severe burn and the company responsible is neglecting to return multiple attempts to speak with someone regarding a reasonable resolution!"

"Fabulous place with a cute boutique. This is the place I go for my manicures, pedicures, and massages. My skin is very sensitive so the times that I've had my eyebrows waxed I've had issues."

"I am so disappointed, I did an online order for a gift card for my daughter for Christmas on December 6. 2023. It is now December 18, 2023 in the evening after the mail came and I still have no gift card. I’ve called them four times and the last person I spoke to said she’d send me an email and I could print the email proving I paid for the gift certificate. How awful that will be for me to be wrapping up an email for my darling daughter. Every year I have bought her a gift certificate from Woodhouse Spa for the last four years or so but this is the last time I will ever do it again"

"Isira made sure I had a welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment I came in to the moment I left. She was friendly and answered all my questions, while guiding me through the spa. My massage was excellent, I felt my stress fall off and I was struggling to stay awake as my muscle knots were being tended to (a usually painful experience) I’ll definitely be coming back."

"Clean and comfortable but nothing extraordinary. My massage was lovely! However the construction next door significantly took away from the spa experience. If I would have been informed about the noise prior to my appointment, I would have chosen a different location. The foyer is claustrophobic. None of the managers asked how my service was upon my departure. This place is overpriced, in my opinion, due to poor management and the not so relaxing atmosphere."
