Very friendly and welcoming staff, the manager is knowledgeable when it comes to services and very patient, she happily guides you through treatments and explains down to every detail. I started laser hair removal with Bahare months ago and I am now doing the Morpheus 8 treatment with her. Extremely talented technician, she is very professional and an expert with all the services they provide. I’ve seen unmatched results with her than at any other medspa. "Know that they coerce you into paying $50 for no-show and unless you pay that, they will not perform the rest of the services. Do not be late to your appointment. Although the technicians have been late TWICE (on March 9, 2022 and April 15, 2022) to my appointments. Your one Groupon session for a small area is only worth $28.33. Imagine having to pay $50 for not coming to a session. (I was in a car accident at no fault of my own, and was 20 minutes late to a session and decided to come another day since I was too late for them to accommodate me the same day.) The techs have been late to my appointment twice, and they didn't pay me $50 each time they were late! The only reason I stayed with Dermaglow is because I liked Kierra, one of the technicians, but she has since left. The service and the performance of other tech has been unsatisfactory. Update (Oct 17, 2023): I have requested Groupon to give me a partial refund - for half of the services I have not used. No update on the partial refund from Groupon. I no longer feel safe anyone at Dermaglow touching my body since today, I received a voicemail to edit my review, giving me the ultimatum "until the end of today", threatening me and saying "none of these would be looking good for you". I will be sending a copy of this voicemail to Groupon too. When I called back and let the owner know that I was going to record our phone conversation (which is legal in Virginia as long as one participant agrees to it), the owner just hung up the phone while I was talking. Sketchy, eh?"

"I received laser hair removal and the procedure was pretty painless. It’s hard to describe but quick fast zaps of pain but not in all spots.. some spots were painless. It helped that cold air was blown on the area while the removal process was happening. Daleen is informative and helped me feel relaxed. I highly recommend this place! I would say after 6 treatments my hair is 95% gone, I get random single hairs here and there but this was worth every penny!"

"I have been visiting this place for the past six months. The place is clean ,hygienic and smells nice. Service is quick and efficient. Pain is quite tolerable and decreases with the sessions as the density of hair falls. Staff is very friendly and scheduling appointment is very easy. Highly recommend this place for laser hair reduction."
