"The store seemed clean and well organized but wasn't impressed with the selection. I would go back again."
"DO NOT DONATE HERE. Today I took a basket into the store- I had a pair of brand new $70 VANS sneakers- *never* worn still in the box. Some new with tags Victoria’s Secret workout outfits New with tags forever 21 jackets and pants. I was offered $27 !! Are you kidding me ? I asked how much they were offering for the vans and it was $4.40 IN WHAT WORLD. ?!? Really greedy business model- they have “shop sustainable “ signs out front The only person this is sustainable for is the owner with the 300+% markup on items. I didn’t expect to get full Price for the shoes but. $4.40 is literally the most ridiculous number Don’t donate your items here- sell them on offer up, do literally anything else this place is corrupt. ** shoes are posted for reference"
"Way overpriced for name brands! $22 for a used nike long sleeve? $10 for a beat up American eagle. Y’all buy the stuff for Pennie’s and sell it for a crazy markup! …and you have to wait forever in line to checkout because employees are doing their own thing."
"The staff was very nice but what they chose to keep was laughable. They kept a handful of cheap Walmart stuff I almost didn't bring with me and turned down all the like-new brand name clothing I brought. They were interested in two sports bras and a pair of shorts that are big name expensive brands that I was only going to get $2 a piece for so I kept them to sell elsewhere. Overall I brought three large bags packed with clothing and went home with $9. Glad I didn't make a special trip or it would not have been worth the gas."
"The employees are literal children who don't understand that they work in the service industry. An employee who wasn't even checking us out told my wife "she can check you out". Meanwhile we had already started the checkout process with another employee. We looked at the girl and said ok we're all set and she stared at us with disgust for the entire time we were checking out. The employees are young teens and they lack any level of maturity to deal with customers appropriately."
