"Typical Spencer's fare with novelty/ collector clothing (very limited sizes), mugs, newage products, adult games and toys, and jewelry. The store feels like it has ample room to add more selection but simply doesn't. The staff seemed overwhelmed trying to unpack stock which left me feeling like an afterthought while checking out. Trying being a little less yuppie next time and more like the chill spot you used to be."
"Both locations (Niles and Boardman) have their gates down right now for no reason. No signs posted. Neither are answering their phones. That is insanely poor business, and if the company doesn't approve it maybe they need to have conversations with these managers who seem to be making their own hours."
