"I truly think Dr. Sep is a wonderful man. He’s worked with my mom for a long amount of time and been some of the only relief she’s gotten from her RA and Psoriatic arthritis among other issues. He takes the time to sit with you and talk, no rushed feeling at all. You may have to wait a bit but it is so worth it. My mom has discovered that I also have some type of chronic illness and not even John’s Hopkins would listen to me, but Dr. Sep did. I’ve been to 2 other rheumatologists before him but he’s the only one who truly seems to put 110% of his effort and care into his patients, he truly invests in all of them. Thank you for your help from me and my mom, I’d recommend you to anyone having issues."

"gave them ONE star because I had to in order to post a review! Otherwise I wouldn’t have gave them a star at all! Would not recommend this office. I was diagnosed with Lupus with no testing other than bloodwork in less than a year! No explanation as to what to watch for if having a Lupus Flare. The front office MAY call you back in a timely manor, but they certainly NEVER have me. I’ve called with questions and I either get a message that a medication was called in (THE MESSAGE BEING FROM THE PHARMACY BECAUSE IT IS READY NOT THE DR’S OFFICE!) or even more concerning no call back or message at all. I Left a message Tuesday and it’s Friday….no surprise to me that they have not bothered to return my call. And every time I visit the office there is new staff! Definitely not a doctor or staff that cares about their patients!"

"Doctor Sep is great! I only had one visit with him and unfortunately there won't be another because of his staff and scheduling. They rescheduled me twice not because of me because they couldn't take me those days and I was supposed to have an appointment today and then all of a sudden it's a different location?? I gave them my new phone number what do they do? They try to notify me of my appointment on the old number..Now I'm being charged for missing the visit when I showed up where I thought my appointment was and they offered me another time, but I couldn't take that today because I work at that time. I'm very unhappy with what is going on, I understand having to reschedule me twice because the doctor couldn't see me, but then you don't tell me the appointment is at a different location and now you say you are charging me for missing? I waited over two months for the appointment. Doctor is great staff not so much."

"Dr. Sep is top notch. I transitioned to Dr. Sep after seven years at another practice. I received more information about my disease in a one hour appointment with him than I had over seven years with my previous provider. From the start he is transparent, compassionate, and confident in his care. He gives each patient their time, even when he’s busy. He is your advocate so you don’t have to be. He and his team work hard for your best interests in ways that may not always be evident. He’s a very thoughtful and energized physician not associated with a huge medical system, which shows his understanding and passion for his work. I don’t think you could ask for much more in a provider."
