"Brandon Stills was great. He arrived early and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was respectful of our property and answered all of our questions. And tested our system to make sure there were no issues. Great service!"
"Bill Yates was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient & very educational. He explained our options & made suggestions for future clean outs. He was very patient with us who had no clue about septic systems. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone with any septic issues. Thanks Bill for your suggestions. We appreciate you."
"Felipe was excellent. Very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with him at my house and would recommend to anyone anytime"
"Within a year they came to my house three times, each time they came they charged different price from $345 to $6400 for a new pump. First they came out and said everything is okay, charged $345. If everything is ok why the alarm went off. Second time alarm went off they said the pump was defective, $6400, Jeremy said if anything happens we come out do for free, no charge. Third time (1 month later) alarm went off they said too much grease stuck on the wall of the tank, $380. Why don’t they clean out before they made decision????? This is not professional work, sloppy works! This is my last time to call them. (4years ago) Before Franc environmental sold to windy River environmental they did a great job, but now VERY BAD SERVICE."
