"Clean, friendly, and quick for the actual appointment. It took five days from Covid test to receiving results. Considering the massive holiday rush in testing, no where else offering appointments or making you wait 1.5 hours if you can schedule, and issues with the lab backup (not the fault of this business), five days is a reasonable wait."

"Went in on Sunday, 26th for my appointment - the main door was closed so had to call the 1800 number but no answer. After waiting 10minutes another person came in, called and had her call answered. The service was quick and professional, I give this a 1-Star as I was told my result would come in by Tuesday which never came. Called the hotline Tuesday, was told I’d receive it by Wednesday which never came. Called the 1800 hotline “supposedly” their 24/7 service more than a dozen times over the last 24 hours with NO ANSWER - it has been 96 hours since my test with no update, or info. Horrible. Went to location for some information to find a sign saying they’re closed until Sunday, Jan 2nd. What is this?! This is just unacceptable service."

"I can’t recommend Vanessa highly enough! I found her business on the State of Maryland website at a time when COVID testing appointments were booking 4-5 days out everywhere else. She always responded quickly to questions I sent via messenger and she was extremely flexible with scheduling despite being very busy. I met her at her office for my test. She’s very professional and super friendly - it was a great experience all around. I’m always happy to support a small, woman-owned local business and I will absolutely use her services again!"
