"The tech that came out look at things was great! I called to follow up on that visit and the "owner", a woman, picked up and it went down hill from there. It was the lack of professionalism, tone, patience and ability to listen to with the intent to understand and not just give the "we are waiting on parts" response that was absolutely missing. I had 3 items in question and it took me to ask her to open up my case and actually look at, for me to get a half an answer. It was the huffing and puffing like an upset child that took me over. I even said " im sorry if my questions upset your day". Yes thats how unpleasant and unprofessional the interaction had got. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor and she proceeded to say she ran the company and it was none. A woman running a company in this field would be an amazing thing but if this is how things are being handled it saddens me. All this and the repair hasn't even happened yet. I hope to be able to follow up on this review with something more positive. So far this has not been good."

"Just want to say thank you so incredibly much to Todd & his team!! My AC shut down during record high temps, they came out same day, figured out what was wrong super quick, managed to located the part needed which mind you was all the way in Burlington.. instead of waiting for it to be shipped they picked it up, & the tech is on his way!! I’m just in awe.. to find a company that still provides that personal hands on get it done approach is just amazing!!! I truly appreciate you guys!!! Update: “Michael the amazing” which is what I’m calling him.. replaced the motor in record time & the AC is running again!!!"
