"The experience started out great with Donna, but progressively got worse as time went on. After about 2 weeks of waiting to hear from them, I called o ly to find out that they still needed a piece of information (no one bothered to call me to tell me). I get it sent over that day. Another week, I call, they say they never got it. I told them I have proof of the email being sent to the email address they provided, was told "oh, well that's the main email, I have to ask her to go through it". They call to get the info they need. I ask them when the garmet will be ordered, they said Donna was on vacation so it would be ordered when she got back. I told them no deal, they dropped the ball on this, it needs to be ordered now. The girl calls me back to say the garmet has been ordered and would be in within the next week, or the following Monday. I call them the following Monday (over a week later) only to find out they never even ordered it! Despite them telling me they ordered it, they didn't. So now the garmet that my son NEEDS still isn't any closer to him having it. They absolutely do NOT care about their customers. I called them on August 1, 2022, and it is now September 20, 2022 and the garmet still hasn't been ordered, despite them having everything they requested for at least 3 weeks now. I would recommend going somewhere else if you truly need medical equipment. They do not have any sense of urgency and you have to call them to get them to do their job, and even then they fail to do so."

"Service was good, but I was very disappointed to find out they are not affiliated with Sinai, so they wouldn't validate my parking. When I made the appointment, I was told to go to the Cancer Institute. I was never informed they don't validate parking or that I would be charged. As soon as a patient makes an appointment for this location, the scheduler should inform patients that they will have to pay for parking...When I get my compression socks, I will update this review."

"Amy Creamer and Jayda Coleman are the experts! They measured me quickly and efficiently for my garments. I felt comfortable and completely at ease under their expertise and caring. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend them!"

"Amy and Bev were lovely until things got tough on the fit. I was initially told if the second pair that they ordered didn’t work that they would “work with me until they found something” at no point did anyone mention they don’t do returns. So when the second pair that came with a hole in them didn’t work and I called no one called me back. I called multiple days. I finally got ahold of someone on Tuesday after calling from Thursday to then be told they were not returnable and was yelled at that “they fit you I’ve been doing this 11 years!” No one offered me to come back in to check the fit at all or any other solution. So now I’m stuck with a pair of compression hose that do not fit well and have a hole (that I tried on once!). When I spoke to the manager she gave no solution and belittled me on the phone. So I said screw it let me get the other pair so I can at least wear a pair while I work on my feet pregnant for 10+ hours a day this was after a 2 month process because the insurance would only cover a certain compression and I had to get a new script get measured have them ordered etc. maybe it’s the hormones but Amy actually made me cry. I’m in healthcare and would never treat someone the way I was treated here. Save your sanity and go somewhere else."

"Donna Sullivan and the team are all awesome! She really knows her stuff. My garments were custom fit, thanks to her knowledge and attention to detail. She made the visit enjoyable, I look forward to returning each time. Adding colors a designs to my wardrobe. I get compliments and people inquire about my weird arm fashion. They can't believe that they are compression garments. Style is important to a fashinista like myself. Especially after a hard fought battle with cancer."
