"Dr. Tansinda is great. He clearly cares about his patients and takes time to talk threw the visit and treatment. I find his overall personality pleasant and kind of inspiring. With that being said his staff does not always appear to share the same disposition and the wait time can be longer than expected. I am giving 5 stars based on the doctor but would rate the practice over all 3 star."

"What kind of doctor's office has a non-working number? Trying to get in touch with the doctor to get forms filled out for an ill relative and the listed number is not in service. I called the hospital to see if they could help and they told me they can only reach Dr. Tansinda through a paging service because even they don't have a working telephone number for him. What kind of quack office shenanigans is this?"

"When I moved to Baltimore I needed a doctor and found Dr. Tansinda's office. I am so happy I did! The staff are friendly and I could not ask for a better doctor. I have been going here for over 2 years and I will continue to do so as long as I live in the Baltimore area."

"Absolutely the most ignorant office manager name Robin ,she was extremely rude while trying to set up appointment .Of course after dealing with her I changed my mind and went elsewhere. I figured if doctor choose her as office manager he probably was nt what I wanted for a doctor ."

"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Absolutely awful office. As others mentioned, the front desk staff don’t acknowledge patients, they don’t answer the phone and they are incredibly short and rude with patients. Robin, the front desk manager, is the worst of the group. In one visit, I waited nearly 2 HOURS to be seen. No apology, no acknowledgement of the excessive wait. Overall, a disorganized front office makes a trip to the doctor’s office a complete nightmare. Avoid this practice like the plague."
