"I should preface my review with a few things. I've switched doctors 6 times since 2008. I'm not sure I've ever had a doctor who actually listens, let alone is thorough. Also, billing is a nightmare anywhere you go because insurance convolutes the entire process. I am beyond satisfied (or elated) with the level of care from at least two of the doctors in this practice. Dr Hilliard and Dr Orisadele are amazing. They listen and genuinely seem to care."

"I was supposed to have an online video visit and was having connectivity issues… the receptionist called me and put me on hold for a couple minutes. That was fine… no big deal. She said she would get the doctor. She comes back a couple minuites later and tells me I need to reschedule my appointment. At this time, I’m like are you serious right now? I booked this appointment two weeks ago to insure I would be in for a med check on time before I was out of my medicine. I am then told that I need to schedule an in person visit. Well that isn’t going to work for me due to my work schedule. I wrote a message to my doctor saying I wasn’t able to come in due to my work schedule and that’s why I chose the online video visits. I was wrote back basically that I am to suffer until they can get me in for my prescription. Mental health is no joke and nobody should have to wait to have there medicine refilled. If I could give a zero I would. These doctors are getting paid how much money to supposedly help people? I was not helped nor did anybody call me back to try and accommodate me and get me in even in the next couple of days. Wellspan do BETTER!"
