"I had my Restasis prescription transferred from Giant. They substituted it with generic without asking me. Unfortunately my husband thought he was helping me out by picking it up & did not know to check it. I can’t take it back & I can’t use it. Will have to go without eyedrops for 30 days until I can get a refill & insist on brand specific! I’m sorry it is not OK to switch someone’s meds that they have been on for years without asking if it is OK! So unhappy with this pharmacy right now!"

"Chronically behind. Wellspan insurance requires members to fill here, but they don't have the staff nor infrastructure to handle demand. Script e-prescribed at 1230, still not ready 5 hours later. Not great for patient care. Wellspan is circling the drain."

"I called my prescription in a week ago and it still was not filled by the pharmacist when I arrived today. This creates a huge inconvenience. I only had one prescription, and the lack of service is very disappointing."

"It took 4 hours of calling every 15 minutes before someone answered the telephone. The bottle was not labeled with the patient's and provider's names and directions. Even worse, the instruction sheet that cam with the medicine had the incorrect directions!"

"Terrible service!!!!! No sense of urgency at all. They caused me to have an allergy test rescheduled due to their mistake and lack of urgency. Now the test is in January and now it will cost me more money due to deductibles. Totally uncaring attitude. The allergist even called them with the urgency and they said it would be no problem. I have been here over an hour waiting."
