"I don't know if sallys is the kind of company that shows their employees appreciation but i hope so. Merina at the dundalk location is absolutely amazing. Not only is she polite and inviting the moment you step in the door, she is knowledgeable on the products sold in the store. Not only did she sell me a few thing i needed my first visit she recommended a few more products then what i usually purchase or honestly even look for. But the most important part to me that shows me what type of employee she is was the genuine care she had for the big bleach boo boo i made. I called in a bit frantic to see if an employee could recommend products for me to use to stop the really bad breakage and hair loss i am going through due to burning my hair to a gummy state with bleach. She reassured me over the phone that there were a few products that could treat this issue and help prevent the worst case scenario (me being bald). But that's not all i rushed to the store to go look through some of these products. She had them all pulled out and set aside for me. Now come on that is going way above and beyond her job requirement. Sallys when i tell you that this young lady deserves recognition for this i 100% mean it. If you need proof this is a real review or situation i can provide you with the customer number i used where you can see the excessive amount of products i have gotten there from this young lady in the last 3 days!!!!! I will be checking in to see if this review was shared with this young lady. Please do right Sally's she deserves it."
