"Will never come to this location again. The lack of professionalism from the manager, communication, and regard for a person's time was downright shameful. To make a long story short (and yes, this really is the short version), I just went there to get my screen protector replaced (wish I could've just done it myself, but apparently it's a 'special protector' that needed special implementation). Initially I was told it takebe 2 hours since we needed to wait on the manager. Even after 2 hours, it wasn't done. I was told to come back at 7 (closing) to pick it up and STILL ended up waiting almost an entire hour after closing time. Not to mention, apparently they must've needed to reset my phone or something (which they failed to tell me) because almost all my settings were back to the default and I don't even remember how to get them back to how they were. Had it been a full screen replacement, I may have understood, but this was just for a protector. Overall, I started dealing with them around 3pm and wasn't done with them until almost 8pm. For the record, I'm not the only person who complained; every person I stood in there waiting with mentioned how they'd been told a shorter wait time than the reality. Everyone I came across who came in there was frustrated to some degree regarding the wait time. Also yes, they installed the screen protector well and the technician herself was very nice, but it completely wasn't worth it. I lost a whole day to this place, but never again. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I'll consider the 1 being for them actually completing the job effectively. If I ever need their services again, I'll be going to a different location, and I recommend you do too!"
