"My experience at ideal has been great thus far, specifically at the location on Boston st in Baltimore. The ladies there have been kind, extremely patient given my very very low pain tolerance. FYI - laser hair removal hurts, don’t anyone tell you it doesn’t! Anyway, The staff are understanding and the level of care given always makes me feel comfortable. There are three ladies in particular I’ve worked with and lovedddddd, patient care and bedside manners top tier. You can tell they truly care even though I be in pain they truly push through with me, which I’m deeply grateful for. They all have been personable, ask me questions or start conversation to make me comfortable (despite the pain) I plan to continue coming to this location as I love the staff, the location is clean, everyone greets & all over friendly environment. If you’re in the baltimore area I highly recommend this location!"

"The agents were happy to take my money, then did not reach out to schedule an appointment despite saying they try to get people in by 2 wks. The app showed no appointments for months. Then I had to call the number, and nobody picked up. Eventually I got on the phone with somebody and when I asked for a refund until they could schedule my appointment, they just told me "that would be a breach of contract". Then I asked the person to send me a copy of said contract as I had received no services. Nothing was sent to me. I would never recommend Ideal Image to anyone and may report the charge to my credit card as fraudulent given above experience."

"From the initial consultation to now my second appointment my experience with ideal image has been phenomenal. My initial consultation was fast, very informative and the woman I spoke with was very friendly. My first appointment getting laser was the same way. My nurse was amazing. She explained the whole process & even talked to me which made the pain seem easier to bear. My second appointment, my nurse was friendly and very fast so the appointment went by in the blink of an eye. I’m very glad I chose ideal image for my laser treatment and definitely recommend anyone who will listen to use Ideal Image."
