It seems premature to provide feedback without having received the service. Moreover, my interaction with the representative who answered the phone was weird. Her communication was unclear, and she seemed bothered throughout the conversation. Regrettably, this made me not want to go to this location. I want to clarify that my dissatisfaction is not based on the age of the representative, as I believe there are many capable and excellent young individuals. In this instance, the service provided was just bad, and it is essential for me to bring this matter to your attention for improvement. I will say the person who gave me my free 30 min consultation was absolutely the best sales person I’ve ever met. If there was a question she had an answer. Thank you for your understanding, and I trust that you will address these concerns to enhance the overall customer experience."

My only complaint is that I told the first contact I had on the telephone about my hernia, and I wouldn't have gotten excited about a procedure I was looking forward to for months, if she had told me it would be counterindicated for me."
