"I had an issue with the plumbing backing up and had called Brian Sheehan Plumbing after hours. The company called back that night to say they were too busy to do it but they would call another company to snake the drain the next day. The following morning I didn't hear from them so called a different company to snake it. This is around the time Chris called from Sheehan plumbing to say they have someone coming out. I told her I already have someone coming and she said these people were great and she would recommend them. She said it would be around $200-250 which was more than the other company but she insisted they would do a good job so I had them come out. Then the bill comes for almost $400. When I called to ask why it was so much more she said they had to take the toilet off which I had told her was necessary before they even came. She got really loud and was screaming at me and then said to never call them again and hung up on me. Great customer service skills. I would never have a service performed without knowing the cost. This company has questionable ethics and I would NOT recommend anyone who isn't upfront with pricing. After the assistant hung up on me Brian himself called extremely hostile and called me a liar and cursed at me. Nice business practices."
