"If you want your glitching computers and or electronics broken - this is the place to bring them. I’ve never met a more incompetent group in my life. Bought my ipod which I listen to frequently in to transfer files to a thumb drive. Promised me an easy transferring. After dismantling it (which I clearly told them not to do. The owner called to inform me, they’d be charging me an additional $150.00 . I’m assuming that’s the breakage fee. What wonderful guys ! They weren’t able to transfer the music files, but managed to break the unit so it will never work again. But that’s my fault I should have learned my lesson when two of my wife’s computer never worked properly after CNA worked on them . I’m telling you these are my kind of destroyers. Wish I had them with me in Falluja, Iraq. We could have wrecked that place and been home sooner. CNA in my opinion they are the best destroyers, I’ve ever met. Thanks Anthony and team. Remember CNA - if it ain’t broken they’ll do it in for ya!!"
"Great Company! I accidently deleted everything on my external hard drive that contained years of work. It would have taken me months to rewrite some of the programs and all the history would be gone forever. I called a couple of other places closer to me to see what they could do and they said it would take between 4 - 5 weeks to complete the scan recovery with no guarantee. CNA did it in two days. Every file was recovered that I needed. Hats off! I highly recommend this company! Side note. Make sure you back up your programs and files."
"I rarely write reviews. But I wanted to write this one as I feel like the majority of the reviews I saw were completely FALSE. CNA Computer repair helped me out more than any other place I had taken my computer before. I was dealing with issues where I was unable to play majority of games on my computer for well over a year. I called CNA and was surprised they answered even though they were listed as closed. I came to find out it was the owner on his cellphone, but he was very friendly and super helpful before I even brought my computer in to their shop. Everything was explained to me in person at the shop and when I was confused the owner actually took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though I think some of my questions may have been irritating to hear, only because I needed a new GPU and he said they had already ordered a part. Regardless they were able to find out the issue with my computer being that my old GPU was dying/almost dead. They gave me very upfront straight forward pricing, and were more than fair when I asked if I could do a payment plan as I was struggling with money a few months ago. I was able to pay off my computer timely but they said they would work with me as I was paying it off in the event something happened and I had to pause payments. I write all of this to say I have seen a lot of unfair reviews and was honestly partially nervous reaching out. But I have a friend who owns a small business and has gotten a lot of bad reviews based on false claims. I came to find out this was the same thing going on with CNA. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them if you need computer help. This was the only place I will feel safe taking my computer for any issues going forward. I had taken it to Microcenter and Geeksquad multiple times with them always saying something like "ok we fixed it" for my computer to then keep having issues a week later. The people at CNA were very friendly and explained everything that was going on with my computer to me. I can't say enough about how great my service was here, and I was a first time customer. It really shows that they really care about their customers. My only complaint (and it's not even really a complaint) was that I think their receipt process for people on payment plans could be improved. But the way it was now was more than manageable! Thank you for everything you did to help me and my computer!!!"
"Going to this store I had one of the worst customer experiences ever. I went in to get the images and information from my old phone, to my new one I was quoted “$150-200” and was told they can recover the images, but may not be able to transfer the contacts. Ok, no big deal. When they finished downloading my information to a flash drive, they told me it’s $200, but if I want the flash drive it’s an extra $30. Instead of paying the $30, I had to bring my laptop in so they can transfer the information over. When I got the laptop back, I had less then HALF of the images and they had already charged me $200. Less then half the job was done and they charged me the high end of the quote and tried to get an extra $30 out of me, not being transparent about how complex this was for them to figure out. So, I call the owner Angelo who is immediately agitated and tells me that he’s on vacation. How am I supposed to know he’s on vacation? I’m a customer. I explain to him my issue and he tells me that they should have charged me more as it’s an additional fee to put the information on my laptop (again, the job is not being communicated to me). Instead of trying to help or reassure the customer, he is clearly frustrated and tells me that if I wanted him to complete the job, it’ll be additional fees - AFTER you already have my $200? - I noticed this on multiple reviews, which I wish I read before making the mistake of going here. Extremely unprofessional and mad at me, because I asked them for help when they simply couldn’t complete the job and tried to price gouge me. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone, not only for this issue, but for the way that they treat customers and try to upcharge when they fall short. Addendum: Everything Angelo is responding to regarding my post is 100% false. I think anyone that reads his responses (throughout the reviews where customers may have had issues) can see how he comes off as completely arrogant and clearly the customers concerns are NOT his main priority. His responses are proof that he clearly shouldn't be operating a business because he lacks the integrity, compassion, and commitment it takes to run one."
"I asked them to upgrade a tower PC (for which I purchased all the components.) I was quoted $250-350. As expected, it ended up at the higher end, but this was a state-of-the-art build with cutting-edge parts. It was completed overnight, all the old parts were carefully preserved, and the kind-hearted tech even carried the 90 lb. beast to my car. It was worth every penny not to worry about shorting out a mobo, or misconfiguring things that would have had one component cut another's performance. My "special" instructions were followed absolutely. I used to be a server engineer for Compaq / HP so could PROBABLY have done this myself. But I'm glad I chose CNA. I think you can trust them with any job.."
