"Had a very positive experience with Ed. I am a tenant and had a leak with my sink but could not get in touch with my landlord. I called multiple places and Ed responded quickly (within 15 minutes), we discussed and diagnosed the likely problem via Facetime so he would be prepared with the fix rather than having to come back a second day with parts. My landlord had a plumber he used consistently, so we did not end up using Ed's services, but he was very professional, courteous, and responsive and would recommend giving him a call when needed."

"Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I’m a young homeowner. It really seemed like he made up the prices on the spot and doesn’t have standard rates. Here are the prices he charged me in case you’re wondering if he’s an honest businessperson: $500 for a simple replacement of a bathroom faucet $200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself) $225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere."

"Ed is a fantastic plumber. His work is excellent and he is a pleasure to deal with. Ed took an impossible repair and found a way to make it work. He replaced an old faucet and a rotting galvanized pipe through a stone wall. He came out within 24 hours, was on time and his work is neat and thorough. I highly recommend him."

"Ed has done a couple of things for us over the last several years and he has been wonderful. The first time, he fixed our shower mixer after another plumber tried to fix it and couldn't. He also recently replaced some faucet components - he courteous, and very communicative and will explain the problem and what he's doing while he works, which I appreciate. He also took a look at a few other minor problems for us and didn't charge to give them a tweak and set them right. He's been in the business a very long time and is very knowledgeable and it shows. I'll definitely be calling him again."
