"If I could put a 0 or negative points I would, this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!! There is no option to reply to his comment but his response is such a lie to cover this bad review….ridiculous!! I did not ask for a discount multiple times…I asked once if that is the lowest price and in fact he was quite rude(I walked out initially). He did not offer a refund until I said I will write a bad review and the offer was 30 dollars. In order to fix what he damaged (admitted it to me as well that it was during the repair) it will cost 500 dollars (check Apple if you don’t believe me). If no one believes me, no problem, at least I know exactly what kind of person the owner is. Awful experience, waste of money and came back with a broken button!! I don’t recommend this place, it’s super unprofessional!! I went to fix my iPad screen and during the repair the button broke (which probably happens sometimes it’s ok). However, when I realized after I paid and called back, he tried to blame it on me saying I want a free repair. Did not even offer to fix the button (said it’s not fixable). Also, he said I have a 30 day warranty when I gave it in but nothing….after a while on the phone he offered 30 dollars for the damage…"
