"There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Moustafa Ahmed and his excellent staff. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy with a previous medical facility but they were so rude and forcing me to do the surgery even though I had concerns about the Doctor not knowing my history or even care to know. I never asked for a 2nd opinion but this time I did. I prayed to God first and then I went to BCBS online to find another Gastro Dr. I read everyone's credentials and Dr. Moustafa had the most positive reviews. I called his office immediately and his staff were attentive and caring. Dr. Moustafa right in the beginning wanted to see my Military Medical Records to review my history of IBS...(which the previous medical facility did NOT ask for). Dr. Moustafa Ahmed made me feel as if I AM an important patient and not just a number. I have had issues for 20 years and he was able to answer all my concerns and he knew EXACTLY what my ailments were. Once our appointment was over, the staff continued with Dr. Moustafa Ahmed's patient care. They explained the procedure step-by-step and provided me a number incase I had questions or concerns of my pre-prep. They did not explain it as if they were robots with expressionless faces, but thoroughly went through the procedure. This place is truly a Diamond in the Rough! No need to go to D.C because its where all the rich people get care... You can get that same quality care at this facility in little ol' Frederick, MD. Thank you God for sending me to this place. I will ALWAYS listen to Him!"

"I called and asked if they were taking new patients and they said they were and i gave them my insurance and they said they took my insurance. I stated i had been in the ER for having unknown digestive issues and needed to see a specialist. So the receptionist said the doctor would look over the ER reports and they would get back to me. They took the entire day to get back to me just to tell me that they wouldnt take me as a patient and when i asked why they wouldnt give me an awnser. Ive never experienced this before. And i think it was absolutely unprofessional."
