"I got my lip waxed 3 days before my wedding and a soft wax was used and ripped my skin off. The owner tried to make it right by offering free repair masks and a facial which is good practice but I feel like it shouldn't have happened. I get my lip waxed regularly but went here for other care before my wedding and this has never happened previously. I know now I had been getting hard wax previously but never knew there was a difference, I'm not trained on waxing. The owner informed me it could have been because I was on a retinoid but I feel like the tech should have asked me screening questions beforehand to avoid this especially before my wedding. Luckily makeup was able to cover it up once the wound wasn't seeping anymore but it still hurt and was very stressful leading up to our wedding. :( appreciate the owner trying to make it right but I will not be coming back here. 2 stars for that experience but I gave 3 because the Brazilian was still good. "Jenna and all the staff are awesome, very knowledgeable, and outgoing. Jenna and staff make you feel comfortable in asking questions and guiding you to what it is you are looking for. Prices are great! Check out the massages as well! The therapist is a medical massage therapist and can tailor your massage to a specific issue you are having such as TMJ and sciatica. New services are always being added. Check in frequently!"
