"Mother had a horrible experience with this shop when rear-ended. They "fixed it" but left it a mess (glue ect) and she had to take it back to be rebuffed. A few weeks later the putty or whatever they use to "fill in" was becoming dented and more noticeable. When she reached out about this they told her they wouldn't fix it and her car must have been vandalized, so they don't guarantee their work and are excuse-makers to cover their shoddy work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that takes pride in their work and treats their customers with respect. This business does not."

"The pricing of my Tesla Model Y repair was exorbitant. They wanted to replace everything for not even a dent. They quoted me 5000-7000$ for just replace the right side plastic cladding. I am really disappointed with their money minting scheme. On top of it, service appointment was available after a month and car would have taken a month to get repaired. We should really have more transparency on the price estimations here. I got my car fixed much cheaper from a different place. Please avoid this shop for any service!"

"Would not recommend going to Coleman and I definitely will never be returning. I got into a car accident near the end of October. Coleman told me it would be a month or two to get my car back. The ETA for completion was a day in December. When that day came around, I did not hear anything from Coleman about the state of my car. I had to call THEM and ask if my car was done. They said no, it would be at least another few weeks. Second ETA came and went, didn’t hear anything from Coleman. Had to call again. Finally got my car back in January. When I got the car back, my radio did not work – it had worked perfectly fine even after the accident when we drove the car to the shop. Coleman said it wasn’t their fault and they couldn’t fix it. Went to Firestone, turns out a wire hadn’t been put back into place when fixing my vehicle so it WAS Coleman’s fault. Luckily it was fixable. Just recently got my car checked out at Firestone again for an unrelated issue. Well, turns out Coleman broke the hose for my coolant and tucked the hose into the front of the hood to hide it. It has been like this since I got my car back, as I haven’t gotten any work done under the hood until now. My car has been leaking coolant this whole time and it’s a miracle it hasn’t overheated. And Coleman GAVE ME the car this way! Overall, I thought the lack of communication and the errors on my car when it was returned were very unprofessional. I understand that everybody is busy and that they had many cars to work on, but leaving me in the dark for months, fixing my car incorrectly, and claiming these things weren’t their fault are all reasons I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here."

"I was in an accident, and the front end of my Tesla Model 3 was severely damaged. Coleman took my vehicle almost immediately, whereas other places would have had me waiting a few weeks to look at my car. The repairs were fantastic and the car was returned to me in better condition than before the accident. They did excellent work and I recommend them to anyone, especially Tesla owners."

"They completed an insurance repair.. can't complain about the work, but horrible as far as keeping the car clean. I have dust in every vent and crevice inside the car. If you go here, plan a full detail to get your car back to normal."
