"If you are looking for a place to go to every few years, this place is fine. But if you want quality medical care, RUN as far away as possible. I was forced here after my doctor passed away. PA Aziz is an absolute joke. Went in for an appointment she contracted EVERYTHING I said. She doesn't listen to anything you say. She just wants the money. She never helped me when I saw her, only made everything worse. She ALWAYS got my meds wrong, even though they were RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. She never did follow up blood work even when I asked for it, many times. She wanted to put me on MORE antidepressants when I told her FIVE others made me suicidal and I was not comfortable with them and wouldn't touch them. So she told me I was unable to be helped. I'm also a recovering anorexic who FINALLY has hit a proper and healthy weight (less than 130lbs at 5'4") and she told me I was obese. I asked to never see her, and they told me I wasn't able to see anyone else in the practice. I left the facility. It's an absolute AWFUL place and a place that doesn't care for their patients. They just want money. It's terrible."

"I have been a patient for more than 20 years. I have never been anything less than completely satisfied with any part of my care. Same day appointments are normally available. Cannot recommend CMG highly enough."

"The office staff and nurses are wonderful and helpful, very professional. Dr. Krantz seems to be a good doctor. My issues are not with any of them or with the Frederick office. Two of the several P.A.'s in the Thurmont office are the two worst medical "professionals" that I have ever dealt with. One pretty much made up symptoms for me and tried to tell me I had something which I knew I did not have. She basically wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain. She also tried to give me personal advice on something that was unrelated to anything I was there for. The other P.A. was rude, disrespectful and clearly anti-police by her comments and attitude towards a pregnant patient that was being seen by her, (not me). I will never go back nor recommend to anyone."

"I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see my doctor (Julie). I understand that I am a "young adult", but I really don't appreciate being treated like I'm stupid and as if I don't know anything about a condition I've had my entire life. I came to get medication I've been recommended by someone I've been seeing for several years. She kept trying to convince me to "go to college" as if that would solve all of my medical issues. I found it very intrusive for her to tell me that I should "wait to get married and pursue my education instead". My life is none of her business and I feel very insulted by the way she pried into my life and the things she said to me. My therapist has been trying to get me to start medication for years, and I've been very leery about doing so. When I finally decided that I should take the advice as the best thing to do for my mental health, I'm confronted with this woman who only cares about my education and my sex life, which is absolutely none of her business past the basic required questions she needed to ask."

"I had been a long time patient. Always say Esther the pa..they are out of my network for my insurance. But had been there so long and Esther knew me and my hisory. So was chronically I'll alot and would have to have appt. Went in Esther great..but would sometimes still be ill. Call in and reps say. Sorry have to have appt. Nothing we can do..she would put me on different anti biotic and amother huge bill. Always made made monthly payments. Never missing..then called to make page and crystal.I thought sweet sd oh no you have to pay more. I was shocked. Already at my max w me and my 2 kids and my husband. She got nasty made my usual payment. 1 week later had letter from Dr Krantz..a dr I don't see saying we are terminating you as a patient due to your attitude. Blew my mind. I was in shock.what? Beware money hungry. ALWAYS MADE PAYMENTS"
