"So, I’m very particular about stuff. My wife and I shopped several companies to replace our air conditioning and heating systems. We chose this company. They were fair with their pricing and the owner himself came to our house, explained everything to us and delivered, not only date-wise, but before the date that was promised. Our house had temperatures of 85 degrees in July and an hour after they left it had dropped to the desired low 70s. They were neat and tidy, as if they weren’t here. They did a fantastic job. Bill and his team are very professional and communicated with us through the entire process. The whole team was wonderful. They have come for annual maintenance every year since and have kept it running efficiently. Karen in the office is great and always gets back to me with any questions I have and is always pleasant.
