"They asked ME - a female customer who doesn’t understand anything about HVAC, where to install it. They then attached it to my house facade because I figured it would be best to be on the wall and not the ground, so now the mechanical noise is rattling the bedroom wall, making it impossible to enjoy a good night’s rest. I asked them to come and take it down and put it on the ground, they came and took one down and not the other and then ignored my calls and e-mails ever since. Not professional to ask a customer where the equipment should go. They lie about equipment being quiet. It’s noisy as hell (TOSOT) and we can’t use the en-suite bedroom anymore thanks to them. They also quoted me $375 to dispatch a guy just to check on an error message on a unit (even though I sent them a picture). I called a different company and got that serviced for $69. Unit just needed Freon refilled. Short-sighted business practice."
