"In the new era of "prima donna" plumbers who are hard to reach and overcharge you, Manny Ruiz is a breath of fresh air. He got back to me quickly, came to my house within a day, gave me very good advice, gave me a great estimate, came and did the job within a day of getting my new water heater, and did a fantastic job! My first, and lasting, impression of Manny is that he is a high energy, customer oriented person, dedicated to giving GREAT service as part of his ethic. I cannot say enough about him and I hope he is my plumber for many years. I wish I could buy stock in him as a person because I am sure he is going to be very successful. Update: A day or two after this review we discovered a pinhole leak in a pressurized pipe above our laundry room. It ruined some wallboard in the ceiling which we opened up to reveal the leak. Called Manny and he was there within 24 hours on a Sunday! He fixed it and installed three new cutoff valves that were badly needed. All for a "normal" price and not an emergency/weekend price. This guy is great!"
