"Contractors beware, we did a job last February for the owner of this company on his rental. Sent numerous bills out via email and hand delivery to the mailbox for $2,750.00 and never got paid. Can’t get in touch with the owner because the guy who hired us refuses to give us any information other than an address to a mailbox. Clearly the owner is a scam artist and runs all of his business this way. Address is Zubrainc which is also the mailbox for Club 76."

"The bar is great. The bartenders are great to talk to so are the waitresses on Saturday night. And the girls are fun and friendly. I've been going there off and on for the last 6 and a half years and I'll keep going."
