"Very positive experience even though the heat was out when we arrived. The customer service was excellent and they even provided hot rocks and a comp. I will certainly go again and try another service because I can tell they wanted us to have a great experience."

"My husband and I have had 2 couples massages from here. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. The massages both times were very nice. Each time we were asked if the pressure was too soft or too hard. Very relaxing and helped get the knots out. Definitely will return."

"Pros: Every massage my husband and I have received here has been great. The staff have always been friendly and the place is always clean. Their prices are reasonable. I will continue to go here for the foreseeable future. Potential cons: This may not be the best place for a person getting their first massage, just because sometimes the staff don't always keep the sheet covering your bits as modest as some other establishments may. You're not exposed per se, but at times I've had to reach to bring it up a little. Also, some staff don't speak as much English as might be desired for someone who needs to do a lot of communication with their massage provider. These issues don't bother me, but I think others might want to be aware. Again, I will continue to go here for the foreseeable future."

"WASTE. OF. MONEY. I was supposed to get hot stones and they didn't give them. There were times she was hardly applying pressure, I kept telling her it's ok to apply pressure. I told her my legs needed work first and my shoulders. She did fine for my shoulders but when I noticed she was spending excessive time on the shoulders, I even PAID more to make sure my legs were done. I told her I did sports and I needed it for my legs. I don't even think she did my upper left hamstring because she ran out of time. When she realized she didn't do the hot stones she said next time she'll include hot stones, not even a discount. 1) the massage on my lower half was bad so why would I want to return 2) I live very far, I was only there for business! So stones at a place that I don't want to go to is not even helpful. The only reason I gave it a 2 is because she did a good job on my shoulders. I regret coming here and unfortunately had to book at a different place right after to do my legs"
