Communication was spotty, services that were quoted were not performed, parts were ordered incorrectly, and the quality of workmanship was mediocre. Paint was applied to dirty un-sanded parts, and our car was returned to us with an engine bay full of body filler. Overall this shop left me with the feeling that I was very definitely not the customer, and what they really cared about was the insurance check."
