"Appliance express responded to a claim I filed with my warranty company concerning my dishwasher. A gentleman named Chris came out to install the parts they ordered to fix our machine. Chris was so knowledgeable about our appliance, and completely fixed our issue in record time. Erica, who worked in the office, was a great support and offered clear concise communication every step of the way. Thank you Appliance Express for all of your great hard work!!"
"I'm giving 2 stars only because the people I've dealt with were always kind. Other than that though I've had a terrible experience working with appliance Express. I initially called in about my washer leaking, the first appointment was quick and had no issues, thought everything was going great. They found the motor for the washer was bad and had to be replaced. The next appointment was also pretty quick just had to wait for the part. The motor turned out to be seized to the tub so had to replace the whole washer/dryer twin. This is where the problems start. It took about 2-3 months from that point to get a new washer put in, a "refurbished" one. The refurbished one had a horribly moldy gasket which they were aware of and was going to replace it, okay cool. Anyways I finally get the washer installed, besides the gasket issue the machine was a mess. The sump pump in the dryer was totally dirty, nothing about the washer/dryer set appeared to be "refurbished". Had to wait another 2-3 weeks for them to come and replace the moldy gasket. Told them about the sump pump, they assured me they cleaned it out. I check it out again, turns out it wasn't cleaned out. Not to mention they left the dirty moldy gasket in my bathroom, still have my old washer tub sitting in my driveway even though I paid to have them dispose of all my old washer equipment. This all costed me $1000+. The absolute worst part about all of this though was the fact that they NEVER answer their phone. I call, leave voicemail, no call back. Try calling multiple times a day, no answer. I was told they're always getting calls but let me tell you, I work in IT support. I am receiving and making calls ALL DAY non stop. I am fully capable of returning people's calls especially when they leave voicemails. I've attached a picture of the sump pump duct just to give an idea of how dirty this was."
"I had an ongoing issue with my washer. Appliance Express is a vendor for Cinch and I have had the worst experience with Cinch & Appliance Express. My initial call was back on May 31 2023. AE came to my house the early part of June.The washer worked for 1 week. I was told it was the agitator and a censor (again). Here it is almost October and I still have no working washing machine. They sent a man named Jared to my home & he said I needed a new basket, well I had an appointment for AE to come back on 9/25 at 3pm because I had an appointment. At noon there was a tech outside I told him I had to leave and he said he would be back 1st thing on 9/26. Today is 9/27, and I have not received a call or a response back from Appliance Express. Cinch and Appliance Express is the absolute worst and will be reported to BBB."
"We had the pleasure of working with Chris Stewart in regards to our dryer. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and I could not recommend him or Appliance Express any higher. Their speedy and hands on care from start to finish is above and beyond! Even with a second visit to repair the dryer I don’t mind at all!"
"GE outsourced my dryer repair to Appliance express. Chris came and spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose the issue. He said a part needed to be replaced and therefore he took that part to verify he would order the proper one. A few days later another gentleman comes to replace the part. Unfortunately that did not fit. He says another one would need to be ordered. It has since been about 2 weeks with no update, not able to get through to anyone in the phone, and still without a dryer. I have since contacted Best Buy since we have an extended warranty with them. The serviceman instantly opened the machine and noticed a manufacturer malfunction that caused a burnout in the machine, photo attached (nothing to do with the part that I was told needed to be replaced), he ordered the replacement parts and now we are on track to finally having our issue resolved. I wouldn’t say Appliance repair is a bad company but they seem a little disorganized and lax when it comes to time management. Wish it could’ve turned out differently."
