"I was very sick yesterday with asthma and acute bronchitis. Within 5 minutes or less, I saw Dr. Stern, the nurse, and given meds. The X-ray tech and the respiratory therapist were in my ER room within 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Never has any hospital ER taken care of me so fast. I have lived in 5 states so I can make this statement. I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me breathe again! God Bless You!"
"I wouldn’t bring my dog here. They treated my dad as if we were a bother when we were the only people there. I asked to speak to a doctor/nurse regarding my fathers symptoms and the nurse slammed her pen down and rolled her eyes because she had to speak with me. Not only the emergency room care is complete garbage but also his family doctor has rescheduled appointment after appointment to the point where my dad hasn’t been seen in 6 months when he had a heart attack a year ago. I work at meritus and we would never treat our patients with this type of disrespect. I am disgusted by how my father was treated tonight. He was dizzy, confused, having trouble walking and the first thing they asked him was if he was drunk after me explaining to them I had concerns of him having a heart attack."
