"Very rude and disrespectful group of men, If your truck height says the truck is 13ft in height, why would you think you would be allowed into a loading garage with height listed at 12ft 6in. To start cursing and being disrespectful because we wouldn't allow them to try and attempt to damage the loading gate! Driver kept assisting the truck is 12.6. Then got upset when asked to not hold the elevator doors open, with signs clearly in place asking ALL customers not to do this. If your a business you should want to treat another business with the same care you expect and deserve. We will not be having this company back on our property due to lack of respect, and did not want to follow rules in place to keep ourselves and our Customers safe."

"Moved from a 1 bedroom apt less than ten minutes away. The move took them ten hours to complete and over $2,000. There was numerous damages and missing items. I took pictures of damages and sent to Greg Higgins. Never heard back. I call every day and all I ever hear is that the person is not there and they will call later in the evening or morning. Spoke to Galveston, Anna, AJ, DeSean is surprising to me that they have no problem lying and ducking me. I have also sent numerous emails with no response. My move was October 11, 2023. I paid for the insurance so don't understand why they are ducking me. Starting to wonder if they actually insured the move, but just was a way to get extra money. Although the call is local area it is answered somewhere else. The broke the frame to my love seat, dented and broke off a piece of my headboard, missing glass coffee, picture frame broke, upholstery of dining chairs coming apart, missing pillows from furniture and a lot more. Every day I see more and more where they messed up my belongings."
