"Just horrible can’t never get thru then when if u do so you can tell them to be pick up after you done wit ur appt. the wait is outrageous I remember I waited over 2 hrs after I called multiple times and even the doctor office called multiple times I had to wait outside the doctor office because they had closed then on top of that had to use the bathroom so I can to walk all the way to crystal run in Middletown just so I can use the bathroom and once again couldn’t even get thru to tell again do can to walk back to the office I was at so I can be pick up and not left stranded mind you there no side walks so I had to walk in the street on top of being pregnant swollen and in pain. I wish I didn’t have to ride with and they would lose their contract with MAS because they don’t deserve it at all whenever it’s not a out of county trip I always always take americare because this company right here so unprofessional."

"Can’t get a hold of them whatsoever, both mailboxes for each number “hasn’t been set up” Drivers are unprofessional and reckless. Try any other car service ,but this one. I wish I could give them zero stars. If you care remotely about yourself or your loved one- wildly reconsider sending them/yourself with this car service, they’re awful."

"Unreliable, Rude, Unprofessional and Disrespectful - Never in my life have I encountered such trash working what is supposed to be a professional environment - a nasty person named Melissa claimed to be the owner of the company but when I searched the NYS Division of Corporations - it shows the contrary and the home office in Brooklyn has no posted or available telephone number - and now I can see why. I am still in shock as to how I was treated and lied to by a ranting and raving person over the phone. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone let alone a person with a medical need. If this company could be given negative stars, I would do so. BEWARE!!!"

They went to the wrong address, blamed ME, and then absolutely refused to pick me up literally 2 miles from the address they mistakenly went to!!! I missed my PRE SURGICAL appointment!!!! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! UPDATE-- Medicaid called BUSY BEE Taxi ❤ so I didn't have to miss my appointment after all... Use Busy Bee if in this area!!!"
