"I am only writing this review for the most wonderful employee I've ever had a great experience with.. her name is Miss Kelly and she works at the physical location. Kelly went above and beyond to make things right with my delivery.. she contacted drivers, checked the building, and even checked the actual dock just to find my package that contained my baby sister's ENTIRE Christmas! Kelly is a phenomenal person and amazing employee.. DHL is lucky to have someone as wonderful as her. There isn't enough appreciation I could ever express to her for what she did today! Thank you Miss Kelly, you not only saved someone's Christmas, you saved my sanity lol!"
"My package has been on hold and overdue for a week now and I can't get a clear answer to why and when it will really arrive, only that by the end of day it just rolls over to the next day. I emailed, used the chat, and called the 1800# but haven't been successful on reaching a live person and only get the same answer over and over: It's on it's way today. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this companys service and will have to make a personal appearance at this point. Will never use use DHL ever again!!! ABSOLUTELY a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They deserve - 5 stars Google rating."
