"I'm new to the area, and for reasons which may be obvious, I decided to contact a local company, Ward Heating and Cooling. And no, we are not related. I received a callback the morning of the 1st business day after I left a vm; I was scheduled for the following day (we were in the midst of a brutal heat wave, so no doubt they were slammed) and Tom (the tech) showed up exactly when I was told he would, even though I was a late addition to the schedule. I was expecting the worst but was told I had a clogged condensation line, which Tom had fixed in short order. He then showed me what I can do going forward to prevent clogs in the future, as well as answering all of my questions. I cannot think of a single thing that would have made my experience better. I will definitely use Ward for any HVAC needs I may have, and strongly suggest trying them if you're anything other than thrilled w/your current service provider."

"I had used Ward's in the past for a few service calls and their technicians were always awesome! When I decided to replace my older HVAC, I called Ward's for an estimate. Their price for a Bryant (which is a Carrier in disguise!) was significantly less than PSE&G or Horizon for a better system. On the day of installation, two technicians arrived on time and walked me through the process. Then they got to work. They were clean and respectful of my house and property. It was obvious that both were professional and knowledgeable. The one technician even went as far as crafting the reducer in the main duct on the spot, by hand. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up all trash and removed the old equipment and then made sure I understood how to operate everything. If you are looking for a great, local company with great people, I would highly recommend Ward's. I am completely satisfied with their work."
