"These guys are a joke, Fake storefront for a few months the it disappeared on crescent Blvd in Pennsauken , no callbacks totally unprofessional they never showed up when they said they would way to many excuses this company is full of bull!!!!"

"So very disappointed with all services that Gray mechanical provides for us now.. not even one positive thing i can say about there work and services they provided. Absolute disaster! Very unprofessional! Never shows up for work when they say they will, never call us, never return my calls.. zero communication with a customer. My house is a huge mess already for a month because this people can not finish up with there job .. its always a problems on there end. Ofcourse money was payed in full in the beginning. Have to Many negatives things to Say, but im not gonna do that. I hope maybe now after seeing this post they going to return my call and call me back with an explanations , not excuses."

"Misleading, fast talking, over priced, deceiving, and rude. Also, uses a finance company that he says he use all the time, which I found out after installation, charges you 2x as much by the time you finish paying for it. He charged me over $4000 for central air unit and installation and I’ll end up paying a little over $8000. Didn’t check my vents to make sure air was flowing evenly, and kept telling me he’s coming back to fix the issue for an extra charge, but never did. I just went back to using window air conditioners because I don’t get central air in the bedrooms. And, no other central air company really wanted to service me bcus i just had unit installed March 2020. So i just use the central air downstairs when i have company. Feel like i was totally taken advantage of and i just have to accept it."
