"I had a leak in my hot water twist valve in my washing machine outlet box, and Ken replaced both hot and cold valves as they were old and leaky. He was very professional and did a clean, quality job replacing the valves and the upper portion of the washing machine waste line. The only area of caution is his pricing. I was informed ahead of time of his prices per hour, and used that to come up with a ball park estimate. The job took him 2.5 hours (He had to run out and get a few unstocked basic parts, a little odd...) so I calculated the price using the information I was told by Katherine, and I was charged more than double. Nice person, good plumber, really high pricing."
